QUOTATION VALIDITY

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless
otherwise stated in writing by us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely event you need to cancel an order, 2 days is required

Bespoke materials that are made to measure are non-refundable
and must be cancelled within 24 hours of ordering.

DELAYS

In the very rare event, our manufactures come across a delay in
production we will inform you immediately, but do not take any
responsibility in time lost on the project

In the very rare circumstance weather effects delivery and logistics
we will inform you immediately, but do not take any responsibility in
the time lost on the project

In the circumstance a delay occurs on site, via other contractors,
unforeseen circumstances please inform us immediately. We will do
our best to delay but a cost of re-route and storage may be
incurred.

PAYMENT TERMS

A Deposit is required upon booking a job and full payment made on
completion of the job unless otherwise started in writing by us.

We withhold the right to add a late payment fee to any invoices
that remain unpaid after their due date to the sum of £70 per invoice.

Further failue to pay will result in us instructing debt collection
with all subsequent costs added onto the outstanding balance 

PAYMENT METHODS

Payments preferably are to be by Bank Transfer, although we can accept Debit/Credit cards (No Amex), Cheque or Cash.

Warranties vary depending on the supplier

APPOINTMENTS

All appointments are on site or your home, please make sure
parking is available or made aware of any restrictions.
All Environments will need to be a safe working space for our staff.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS

All orders must be confirmed either by contacting us direct
or accepting the quote online via the link provided in your quotation email.
Any additional items ordered will be on their own, new quotation
unless otherwise stated in writing by us.
We cannot take any responsibility for materials ordered by you
directly.
*Please check all plans, quotations and terms and conditions before
confirming orders as we cannot take any responsibility for
discrepancies with unchecked orders.

COMMUNICATION

All communications what’s app etc

RETENTION OF TITLE

All goods will be owned by us until full payment has been made.
In the unlikely event payment terms are not met, we will take legal
action.
